July's Fresh-Cut Friday

Well Howdy Do!

Welcome to Fresh-Cut-Friday. I'm so glad your here!

I hope you all had a wonderful Independence Day!
We had 73 degrees and rain... How odd!
Since the holiday was in the middle of the week
we had a very quite day.
Had a nice lunch out and a trip to the bookstore.

So anyway... This is my humble little contribution.  I love summer arrangements. The color schemes
go well with all of my stuff... so I don't have a hard time putting together a little vignette.

Of course I had to go with a patriotic theme.
I picked this sweet little summer bouquet up at Safeway.
I know... I should be supporting some sweet little flower shop... But truthfully... they are expensive and you have to order everything.
Fresh-Cut Friday is really about bringing the simple indulgence of flowers into your home on a regular basis. So grocery store posies are perfect!

I love the little berries... does anyone know what those are?

So that is my Fresh-Cut Friday post... Let's see yours!

You take such awesome pics - I just love this post.

It's been SO DANGED HOT here that most of my most beautiful flowers have stopped blooming in protest...........

Oh How gorgeous Liz, I'd say magazine worthy. I'm not sure what the berries are but they add a lovely texture.
Thank you for hosting.

Beautiful Fresh Cut Flowers.. I love how festive they look. made me smile. I did no floral arragements for the holiday. Had so much personal stuff happening caring for sick family members! I now have some of my free time back..Yayyy! The heat is now climbing and the flowers in the garden need so much attention..95 predicted for this Saturday..Yuck.. Thanks for hosting!

What a gorgeous vignette! I love those little berries too- they're hypernicum berries.

Thanks for hosting...I'd like to order up some of your weather~ 73 degrees sounds delightful...maybe not the rain so much on Independence Day :) but we've been in the triple digits here.
