A Little Bitty Girl Bear! (easy knit)

Hey there!
I hope you are having a great week!

Just thought I would share with you my little bitty
girl bear that I made. I made a little boy version
previously. You can see that here.

I took some along-the-way pictures so you can see how
I figured it out. It is just a garter stitch with increases,
decreases, cast on and cast off maneuvers.

I can't really read a knitting or a crochet pattern.
So it has to be a pretty simple concept for me to get thru it.

As you can see, it is just one piece.
I knit one side and then when I get to the top of the head,
I just start the whole thing in reverse.

I'm so happy she turned out. My daughter
wants to give her to one of her friends for
a shower gift.

Isn't she cute?
I stood her up next to a coffee cup so you can
see how tall she is.

I mean, look at that face!

I'll be joining
Cindy for Amaze me Monday
Marty for Inspire Me Tuesday
Brenda for Tweak it Tuesday
Stephanie for Roses of Inspiration

SO SO SO CUTE!

You are so talented. I never mastered doing anything like that with hooks and needles, etc. I love this sweet little bear. You did a great job, it's perfect!

I am visiting from ROI. What a darling bear! My Grandmother taught me to crochet when I was very young but never did get to learn to knit before she passed when I was 10. That is such a lovely skill. Beautiful bear!

Well, if she isn't the cutest little bear ever! And the details you added make her even sweeter :) When I see things like this it makes me wish I knew how to crochet or knit.... maybe someday :)

Hugs to you and thanks for sharing at Roses of Inspiration.
