Table Scape Tuesday! Forth for me!

It's Table Scape Tuesday and I am participating for the forth time!

We had 2 tables for Thanksgiving! I'm going to show the next one next week. This one is the brown table. Very traditional colors.

There are those little brown lanterns that I used on my fall tea table a month ago. I didn't get the Godiva chocolate turkeys this year... alas...they were $6 each. It just seemed extravagant. So each place had a little pumpkin truffle instead.

The amber water goblets and soup bowls came from Wall Mart. The bowls were on clearance the day before Thanksgiving for $1.50 each. Sweet! Did anybody else find that the Thanksgiving stuff cleared out fast?

The dishes are Antique Spode. The pattern is called Buttercup. They were my Great Aunts. I love it that she left them to me! I've been able to pick up pieces here and there.

Next week I will show you the Blue and White table that I did.

If you would like to see more incredible tables go to Susan's Blog, Between Naps on the Porch.

I WANT some of those soup bowls! They're fantastic! I also love the idea of placing a before-dinner treat in them...very clever! And that Spode china is lovely too. So neat that it has a familial attachment...that always adds to the beauty.

I finally responded to your tag but I didn't pass it on because everyone is so busy these days...I'm sorry.
