Arizona Antique Market - The Place For Antiques

This is how I opted to spend my Saturday. At the Antique Show. I love going and talking to the dealers. They always are such a wealth of information. Sometimes, I just wish I could do this for a living! I love being with all the old stuff. I always have!

Look at those sweet mixing bowls!

Some pretty Flow Blue....

Looks like a nice time to start a collection of frogs!

Silver spoon? Did anyone need one?

If I had a bunch of money and another room to fill...
I soooo would have bought this gorgeous spool display case!

Puppies!

Kitties!

This is what I found and brought home... Isn't it cute!?

I wish there was a way to see some of the pictures that were taken with this cutie patutie! I imagine that it belonged to a teenage girl and she took lots of pictures at the Grand Canyon. No reason...It's just my imagination, and it can be whatever I say. Maybe she still has those pictures? I hope so. I hope that it helped her to keep wonderful memories.

Any-who! This is it's new home now.

And this is where it will stay!

P.S. Quick Reminder... Next Friday is Fresh-Cut Friday!

That looks like a fun day and I love what you brought home with you - and how you imagine it lived its life. So sweet and so it that little vignette.

Oh Liz, how fun. Love your camera, it is wonderful. So pretty in your vignette. Glad you saw the ottoman tutorial. It really is easy. I still have your blue and white ginger jar that I am saving for you. We need to get together. Hugs, Marty

Looks lovely. The teapot was gorgeous.

I love the floral frogs. I have a collection. I have the plain glass ones and lots of pin ones but none of the basket ones.

Liz - I wish I could've went with you. OH I LOVE the bowls...if only I had a place to display them! And we might've had to battle it out over that thread display case! Sigh. I can think of two people I'd like to give it to, but can't afford those kinds of gifts. Just dreaming.

Like you with who the camera belonged to. I do the same thing with just a photo. Make up stories in my head as to who they were and what was going on in their life at the time the photo was taken. Too funny!

Enjoyed this. I need to plan one of my AZ trips over one of these weekends! And before it gets hot! :)

HAGD! Karen
