A Little Party Favor

I will be hosting a table for 10 at a Ladies Luncheon in a couple of weeks and needed a party favor. So because it is sort of a tea and I will set my table up as a tea table, I thought that I would
give my gals a little container of Friendship Tea.

First I put together my little jars... pretty simple... I had found this darling blue and red ribbon that I wanted to use... but then decided against it. Do you every do that?
ANYWAY.....

Here are the labels that I made...

These little jars are available at Hobby Lobby. I got them for .99 cents each. I sterilized them and filled each one with the mix...

Here's the recipe for Instant Friendship Tea.
Instant Tea ,that is, not Instant Friends. LOL!

Ingredients
1/2 cup instant tea powder
1 cup sweetened lemonade powder
1 cup orange-flavored drink mix
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions
In a large bowl, combine instant tea, lemonade powder, orange drink mix, cinnamon and clove. Mix well and store in an airtight container. To serve, put 1 tablespoon of mix in a mug. Stir in 1 cup of boiling water.

A sweet and simple little gift for each adored guest!

Teaser Alert!

It 's the middle of the week and I thought that I would just send out a gentle reminder that the Pringles Grab & Go Challenge is this Saturday.
I've been thinking about it and I think that I will just have the Linking tool available for a couple of weeks. This is such a crazy busy time of year that I wanted everyone to be able to do it if they want. So the Linking tool will go up on Friday night, probably about 8:00 PM Phoenix time and stay up for 2 weeks. Then if you want to go to it and add a link you are welcome to at your leisure. I'll keep the button up on my sidebar so that you don't have to worry about finding the post.

Just for fun I have posted a picture to tease a little and maybe get the creative juices flowing.

This is the can that started it all. I sent Sweet Daughter a Gift Card in it for
Valentine's Day.

Today I'm sharing my posies from Costco. They really do have the best for the price. In my humble opinion of course. I needed a BIG bunch because I wanted to use my new Blue And White Ginger Jar that Miss Marty from A Stroll Thru Life gave me.

She knows I LOVE me some Blue and White. Isn't this beautiful!?!?!?! It is huge to. I think that I am actually going to put it by the back door. My family room is blue and white toile with touches of red and yellow. It will be darling. Thank you Marty!!! :) Eyes be soooooooo happy!!!!
