It's Saturday!
My favorite day of the week. (except for those rare days off in the middle of the week where I have the house to myself) I have a few chores to do and then the day is mine!
I love it.
I have a book to finish
and of course I have many a needle project to finish
and then there is the tea cup project in the kitchen.... More later!
Do you have plans for the weekend?
Oh! I hope you do.
AND I hope it's all fun!

Just got back from our Grandsons 18th dinner and last night dinner out with friends. I am pooped,2 nights in a row is a bit much these days. Sunday tomorrow and rest, rest, rest. :)
No special plans for today, going to church tomorrow. For now I'm happy with my coffee and a bit of computer time. May go out later to the quilt shop since today is National Quilting Day, but I don't need anything and it's supposed to rain so I may stay in and stay cozy.
I didn't post a comment on the post with your scarf so I want to leave it here. I just love the yarn you used and the scarf is great. I love to knit scarves!
Probably sewing, errands, and maybe a walk/run.
Happy Saturday to you Liz,
I love Saturday's..a day to pick what I want to do..yippeee..
I love a Saturday with nothing planned but "me" time! I'm going to a bridal shower today and though I really do love parties and the bride is so special to me, it does cut into the day/weekend.
Enjoy doing what you love to do today, Liz!
XO,
Jane
Your weekend sounds so nice, with plenty of fun things to do. One thing I will be doing for sure is cooking up a brisket tomorrow! Happy St. Patrick Day to you. xo
I would love to clean...but my feet are still hurting...so it has to wait...but I love a quiet day all to myself...once in a while!
Have a fab weekend!
We're touring a winery tomorrow and getting to together with some friends afterwards for wine and Scrabble.
