7 of 101 Things To Do With a Cake Mix

Cherry Chip Squares
  • 1 cherry chip cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, and oil together. Mixture will be stiff.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13-inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 13-17 minutes, or until lightly brown on top.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
I have to tell ya..... these were not really that good. Too sweet. But then maybe I'm not a Cherry Chip kind of girl. Perhaps with a scoop of ice cream???? I'm just saying....

Also I wanted to make sure that everyone knows about the Arizona Bloggers Luncheon that is coming up. Make sure you click on the button at the top of my side bar. It will be so fun to see everyone again.

Ok LIZ! Did I detect a bit of malice in your "HE HE"...cuz..I'm thinking I did! LOL
I do love a bit of cold weather..but so far just a light jacket or sweater has been all that has been needed.
You are funny! No...you really are! :):)
