This is the BEST "A" list movie I have seen in years. It is going on my side bar.

The Blind Side is the type of movie that I think we should flock to in droves. It is funny, touching, and portrays Christians in an honest, human, imperfect light. It is a true story that proves that we can still make a difference in peoples lives.
I loved it!

WOW! I haven't read a review like that in ages - well, at least not from a "real" human with a "real" opinion☺ I just might have to look into this!

Liz,
Wasn't it THE BEST?! We rarely go "out" to the movies as so many times it feels like such a rip off when the movie is just so-so. Your review was right-on-point. Wonderful!

p.s. I apologize, but ignorance keeps me knowing how to comment using OpenID & my Typepad blog. Will revert to my old blog...learning curves have thrown me another fast ball!

Liz, we almost went to see that, but we saw "Amelia Earhart" instead because we figured that would leave the theatres more quickly that the other which appears to be a huge hit! Can't wait to see it!

Liz,
The Hubster and I took the 14 yr old thespian to see this and we all loved it. I love that it is a true story about real people.
Even though I know next to nothing about football, I am going to follow Michael Oher's career. I can't wait to see what God has next for him and his beautiful family!

Oh I think that is a perfect idea. I have a book that shows a tree for the kitchen. It is decorated with mini rolling pins and other wooden utensils. I have always thought that I would do that, but have not done so yet. You just motivated me to get busy, your kitchen tree is adorable and I love all the little ornies you have found with the theme, Happy Pink Saturday, Char
