Pink Saturday With A Christmas Twist

Today is Pink Saturday. Beverly at How Sweet The Sound has designated the Saturdays in December Christmas theme. Today we need to share our favorite holiday traditions from the past.

Growing up, my Mom and I would always make cookies. I don't have any pictures but I did decide to have a little Christmas Tree in the kitchen dedicated just to baking.

Over the years I have been collecting little kitchen themed ornaments. These little snowmen are from William-Sonoma. My Sister-in-law gave them to me last year. :)

There are some others that I got when I met CeeKay at Thinkin' of Home for lunch this summer.

She took me into Hobby Lobby for the first time.
I was in Christmas Heaven.

But they remind me of baking with my Mom.

Thank you for stopping by and big thank yous to Beverly at How Sweet The Sound. Make sure you go by and see all the pretty Christmas Posts

Oh, how sweet are those ornies! I would love to do a kitchen Christmas tree but I simply don't have room. Yours are adorable, love them! I wish we had a Hobby Lobby here, maybe someday. Thank you for sharing your tradition with us and have a wonderful Pink Saturday weekend.

Blessings,
Sandi

Where on earth did you find all of those adorable little ornaments? The pans with the cookies are precious! I have one that isn't nearly as cute, but I love it. But the mixers and all of that. Just darling! Love this idea. It's SO clever.

Happy Pink Saturday...

Sheila :-)

Liz, I love your memories of baking with your mother. My mother and I used to bake together, too, and I miss it.

Guess what? I have a similar tree on the island in my kitchen, and we have some of the same ornaments. Great minds think alike. ;-)

Happy Pink Saturday.
