Crochet the day away....

One of my favorite things to do (when I can get away with it) is
to get up in the morning,
leave my p.j.s on,
and then proceed to crochet the day away!

This activity usually includes gourmet coffee or tea and involves several movies
or a season's worth of episodes.
Previously viewed is best.
And of course a gift is the perfect excuse to set a day aside and start a
new project.

A gift for a precious future baby girl...

This is one little project that I'm considering ripping apart
and starting over.... UGH!

I love the pattern but I think that I've messed it up.
It keeps getting wider. I can't figure it out.

I love how it looks like layers.
I'm just going to have to call "Do-Overs"!

Don't forget this Friday is Fresh-Cut Friday.

I'm joining Marty for Inspire Me Tuesday.

Oh, Liz my word you do beautiful work! I have never gotten the hang of this - you make it seem so easy:
like being able to look UP and actually WATCH movies or tv while doing this? Yes, I would say I am inspired, inpressed and WOWED!

Well done.

Sorry about "do-over" but it looks great from where I sit! Really!!

Liz I so love those lovely soft colours for baby. Your cosy day sounds like whats on my wish list. That is when the weather gets cooler. I love the pattern too on your bright coloured blanket.

Your baby blanket is so sweet, Liz! And I love the pattern on the other blanket you're making. I adore days like that! I generally either look through magazines that have been piling up, or I start a knitting project. And yes! the television is on with old movies or series.... or a hockey game! Nightgown, tea, scones, yarn, hockey. It doesn't get better than that!

Sounds splendid. I'm like that with books.
