Blueberries And Biscuits

Take one pint of fresh Blueberries...

Place in a sauce pan with 1 cup of water....

Bring to a hard boil and stir in 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 3/4 cup of sugar...

Return to a boil stirring constantly until thick.

Serve over biscuits with homemade whip cream or ice cream!

OH MY GOODNESS!

I actually canned some...it is very thick and deee-lish on toast!

Yummy! It looks fantastic over ice cream, and we make homemade ice cream all the time. Blueberries are my favorite fruit.
