Super Easy Peanut Butter Pie
* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 4oz. cream cheese, softend
* 1/2 cup half and half
* 8oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
* One chocolate cookie crumb crust
Beat peanut butter and cream cheese in a bowl until creamy. Gradually add 1/2 and 1/2, continue to beat until creamy smooth. Fold in whipped topping: pour into pie crust. Freeze about 30 minutes.
This is super pea-nutty! It would be good if you garnished it with chocolate syrup. Or you could cut up snicker bars and fold them into the mixture before you freeze.
