Well here is number 2.... These Lemon bars are tasty. I took them to a church function and they were gone lickety split. Also, just for fun, I created a button on my side bar. Just click on the Baked with love! button and all the cake mix recipes will pop up. 
Lemon Squares
- 1 lemon caked mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- powdered sugar
In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil.
Mixture will be stiff.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch pan.Bake 13-15 minutes until slightly golden on top.
Cool, then sprinkle powdered sugar over the squares.

Oh we make something similar but we poke holes in it while it is warm and make a glaze out of powdered sugar and frozen lemonade concentrate, so tart and so yummy.
Just wanted to come by to touch base. My blog has been growing so rapidly I haven't had time to come for visits. I miss all of my blog friends and needed to stop in just to say hi and invite you to come for a visit as well.

It looks and sound really easy! And I don't get to use so many ingredients too. Thank for the tip! Do you think they'll turn out nice as well when I steam them? (cause now, that's basically what I can do LOL) Your measuring cups I love!
