3 of 101 Things To Do With A Cake Mix

Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Bars

  • 1 chocolate chip or yellow cake mix (I used yellow)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter (I used creamy)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil. Mix in peanut butter. Stir in chocolate chips. Pat the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan.

Bake 14-17 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let me tell ya! I took these to work and they were gone in like... 5 minutes. They were yummy!

Enjoy!

Wow, Liz, sounds like something easy and inexpensive I could make for hubby to take to his office! So much of what I make for us would just cost to much for 35 people! Thanks for sharing!!

Hope you're doing well, my friend, and that you have a super-duper day!!

HUGS,
Becky

Back again! I ended up using 1/2 cup of oil. (Betty Crocker did not call for ANY oil, so I could not even follow pkg directions).. Anyways, They look delicious! MAYBE I'll even post them later.. If I have time! Thanks again for the recipe, they look SO-ooo good, and Dear Son is looking forward to trying them as soon as he gets back home from school! ~tina
