Magic Eraser

Has anyone out there tried this wonderful new product?

I did for the first time this weekend. It was particularly useful on the textured handles of the appliances. Ours are white and they are just next to impossible to keep clean looking. The Magic Eraser cleaned them up lickety split!
We also have furbabies that love to rub their wiskers on the corners of the walls and trim. It turns black and it usually requires scrubbing. These wipe them clean. Of course I had to try it on other stuff.... Doors, inside of the microwave, and the counters.... all just a wipe, no scubbing.

Make sure you read the instructions and recommendations. It is not for stainless, chrome and other shiney finishes.

Love those things and have been using them for a few years now. I have also used the ones from Dollar Tree also. Gave my kitchen a good gong over last weekend. One caution, don't rub to hard on painted surfaces, counter tops and such - ask me how I know. :)

Hey Liz! I love the Magic Eraser! I always keep a couple on hand:) Thanks for visiting my blog for the ball. Vivien and Olivier did marry in 1940. They met during filming of their first movie, Fire Over England, together in 1937. she left her husband and daughter that year to be with him. They were married for 20 years, (until 1960.) I read a biography on her that said after she was diagnosed as being Bi-polar, her manic episodes really took a toll on their relationship. And she suffered 2 miscarriages and tuberculosis, which she eventually passed away from. She was very gifted as an actress, but, her life was kinda sad in many ways.

Oh Liz...I love these. Have used for a couple of years now. They are great for the baseboards and marks that are hard to get out. You are hooked now!

Hmm... they are not for skin either. Er, I learned the hard way tho I should have known better. I had a fake tattoo on my ankle and I wanted it off. I tried scrubbing with soap and water and it wasn't moving along fast enough.
So "magic sponge" thought I! What an idiot. It took it off alright, along with giving me a chemical burn and I had a big goose egg on my leg for weeks.
Shh, don't tell anyone!! LOL!

I use it on my stainless sink and it works fine. I wonder why where not 'posed to?

Anyhoo, they are WONDERFUL for what they are INTENDED for. : P
