I'm showing off my little glass front cabinets this week...
They really are one of the main reasons I bought the house
I was in Hobby Lobby and saw this awesome paper.
I don't really scrapbook to much anymore so
I had to find a place for it!
I love how it turned out...
I just used some 2 sided tape...
So when I get tired of it I just pull it out.
My only question is....
It is a little dark so I put a string of battery operated LED lights in the back of each shelf.
But they don't really add all that much light....
I'd like a little more light, but there is no way to add electricity to the cabinet .... Do you guys have any ideas?
I'm all ears.

Your cabinet is just beautiful! You can purchase small lights that are battery operated and have an adhesive that sticks to the underside of the shelves. The only downfall is they have to be pressed to turn on. Just an idea!

What about those little stick on lights...they have some really small ones, so you wouldn't see it...
Or....how about some battery candles with a timer...then they would just come on....QVC girlfriend!
It's beautiful!
How did you adhere it?
Would rope Christmas lights work?
The paper is great - I was thinking touch lights like Ceekay...
I've got similar cabinets and love the idea of papering the backs,I hadn't thought of that before. I think you can get little flourescent lights that are operated by battery. They are for over desks and screw onto the under shelf. I have never used them but now you have given me the idea.

I LOVE this idea and although I do not have glass fronts, I like the thought of having that cheerfulness when I open up the cabinets :)
Blessings!

It looks so pretty! I'd like to get a few pieces of that paper to cover some vanity drawers. It's just what I've been looking for, so thanks for sharing. And I had similar lace lining the shelves of the glass fronted cabinets in our old house. I miss the cabinets, but not the neighborhood!
So beautiful!! Love the paper!! Very creative! xo Heather
I love it!! What a genius idea and way to incorporate that wonderful paper! I was linking touch lights too :)
Liz, your blog is so sweet and delicate and full of whimsy! I'm gladly following back and thanks for visiting my tea party :)
