Little Balls of Lemony Sunshine

It was so gray out, and I'm taking the Christmas decorations down. That always tends to bring me down. So it just seemed like we needed a little sunshine around here!

Ingredients One Lemon Cake Mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup oil one can cream cheese frosting sprinkles

Preheat oven to 375

Combine ingredients

Form into equal balls and press slightly flat.

Bake for about 10 or 15 minutes. Just till they are slightly brown around the edges.

Generously frost and sprinkle!

Now how could that possibly not brighten your day?

  15. Liz, thank you so much for leaving that sweet comment on my post about losing three of our fur babies. I hope you baby is doing fine now. It's so hard when they get sick. We also went through that over the holidays with our 15 year old kitty, Spotty... He was very sick a couple of weeks before Christmas and had to stay overnight at Tufts Emergency Animal Hospital. Thankfully he seems to be doing much better now. Please let me know how your little one is doing... Donna @ An Enchanted Cottage
