It was so gray out, and I'm taking the Christmas decorations down. That always tends to bring me down. So it just seemed like we needed a little sunshine around here!
Ingredients One Lemon Cake Mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup oil one can cream cheese frosting sprinkles
Preheat oven to 375
Ingredients One Lemon Cake Mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup oil one can cream cheese frosting sprinkles
Preheat oven to 375
Combine ingredients
Form into equal balls and press slightly flat.
Bake for about 10 or 15 minutes. Just till they are slightly brown around the edges. 
Generously frost and sprinkle!
Now how could that possibly not brighten your day?
I love the cake mix into cookies. That is so neat. And they look really yummy.

We also went through that over the holidays with our 15 year old kitty, Spotty... He was very sick a couple of weeks before Christmas and had to stay overnight at Tufts Emergency Animal Hospital.
