Bargins! And Then... Not So Much....

A few posts ago,  I think that I mentioned that I was able to wonder aimlessly through my favorite Antique mall the Brass Armadillo. It was my vacation and this was how I chose to spend it.

I got a couple of little items that really make my heart sing!
One was this Blue Danube canister that I took the lid off of.  It's perfect for this corner and my wooden spoons.  It was pretty inexpensive so I went ahead and picked it up.

Then as I was walking out I saw this little number.... Do you see it in all it's prettiness? This is where it sits on our counter.

Oh my goodness! I saw it and simply couldn't step away. It is so perfect my kitchen!! I've wanted a scale for so long but never found one until I saw this one!

With the vintage black finish and rose centerpiece ...
Who could say no?
Made in Sweden it measures accurately in Kilos and pounds.

I'm not here to brag about a super bargain basement price... Because she weren't cheap!
But she's worth every penny that I paid!

I'm going to be joining:
