Take one pint of fresh Blueberries... Place in a sauce pan with 1 cup of water.... Bring to a hard boil and stir in 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 3/4 cup of sugar...
Return to a boil stirring constantly until thick.
Serve over biscuits with homemade whip cream or ice cream!

Yummy! It looks fantastic over ice cream, and we make homemade ice cream all the time. Blueberries are my favorite fruit.

Homemade buscuits are my favorite, and I love blueberries. I put them in my oatmeal with pecans. Your dish looks fantastic!
