Happy Birthday!

Yesterday was handsome hubby's b-day! YAY!

Happy Birthday Sweetie! I'm so glad you were born!

So of course we had to have to Birthday Cake!

Super Easy Coconut Cake

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 lg. container Cool Whip
  • 12 oz. pkg. coconut, flaked
Bake white cake according to box instructions. Punch holes in cake with straw or small round object, about 1 inch apart. Pour cream of coconut and then milk over holes. Top with Cool Whip and coconut on top.

This is so moist and wonderful!

One slice is like a meal.

YUMMY!

I decided to join in for Vintage Thursday. I just want to show off my new olden Cake Taker. Make sure you head over to see more of the cute Vintage Thingies!

  1. This looks delicious! My husband loves coconut too. Love your old cake cover! I found one a couple of years ago at a rummage sale that had a little wooden acorn handle on the top , but I gave it to my sister... so wish I had kept it!

  2. Delish. My husband's birthday was Sunday. I made him the blue berry ice cream pie in the current BHG. It's a good recipe.

  3. Oh this sounds delicious!! I wonder if it would work with Angel Food cake? That is my daughter's choice for her birthdays and I'm always looking for new ways to serve it! Linda
