Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up so that you can roll the batter into balls. Roll the chilled batter in tablespoon sized balls and then roll them in confectioner's sugar. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 12 minutes. The cookies will remain soft and gooey. Cool completely and sprinkle with more confectioner's sugar, if desired. (my hubs does not like confectioner's sugar... So I made half with out)C is for Cookie, Coffee and Chocolate...
That's good enough for me!
I think Cookie Monster said that....
I am very excited to be participating in Laura's Spring Swap...
In a food processor, pulse together the flour, tea, and salt, until the tea is just spotted throughout the flour. ( I do not have a large food processor so I just sifted the ingredients in my flour sifter and it worked great) Add the confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and butter. Pulse together just until a dough is formed. Place dough on a sheet of plastic wrap, and roll into a log, about 2 1/2-inches in diameter. Tightly twist each end of wrap, and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
It is another First Friday!I hope you enjoyed this little floral interlude....
Please join in!
I am linking up for Pink Saturday AND I will have the Linky tool up all weekend.
