A Hefty Candy Canister

This was about a five minute project... I bought a glass canister at Walmart ...
about $12.

It was just glass with a black top... So I added some ribbon to the top and an ornament.

And then some ribbon strategically to cover up the seal inside the top rim.

It was so cute at Christmas that I've decided to keep it out year round...

  2. Your creativity is astounding! Where do you get the ideas and time to create things? I have been sitting here trying to create something and all I do is end up doing is searching the Internet. . . . . . Thank you for sharing with us here on the Internet.

  6. I love it and especially the little ornament. This is one of the reasons it is hard to get too carried away with the current craze to declutter ourselves down to something resembling a nun's cell. Wouldn't it have been a crime of those little cherries would have not been available to top your candy jar.
